In “Records Explorer”: Under the “Integration-Resources >
Service Package”, right-click on it and select “Create”.

In the opened form, enter the following (or
whatever description you like), then click the “Create and open”.

In the following rule, select a Service
access group, in this case, “DBRest:Administrators”, followed by
unticking the “Requires authentication”.

Well, the Service package creation is done,
simple!

Note: It is
better to have a standalone access group, such as “DBRest:DBRestAPI”, and also to have the “Requires authentication” ticked. However, for demo and
simplification purposes, we are skipping those for now.
