Pega CLSA Guide Book 1 - Dedication & Acknowledgements

First of all, I think we all need to thank
Alan Trefler, without him, there would not be the Pega
we are seeing today. It is also him, who kept Pega as a free company,
which was evident in the Reuters article on ‘rather
eat sand than sell to other companies’.
Hopefully, Pega will continue to be independent.

Special thanks to my dear wife
for the support provided for me to achieve
the CLSA certification, as well as the sacrificed family time
and encouragement she had provided me with to leverage on my academic
knowledge to contribute back to the community through this book.
Not to forget my boy, who volunteered to create a logo for
Debunkum Beaver, at the same time,
being my proof reader!

There were multiple great
SSAs/LSAs along my journey, who had
explained many important Pega concepts and guided
me in the past years. Their untiring explanations
and demonstrations are
greatly appreciated.

This book is a
dedication to all those who would
like to embark on the CLSA 7.3/7.4 Certifications.
With this, you now have one more
reliable resource.
