The NEW CLSA Readiness Exam Preparation Clinic!!!

Pega recently launched the CLSA Readiness Exam Preparation Clinic course.

This course is intended for Lead System Architect candidates looking to prepare for their Pega CLSA Readiness Exam.

The perquisites are as follows: 

• Customizing Security Requirements
•  Configuring Agent Processing
• Customizing the User Experience
• Improving Application Performance
• Creating Mobile Solutions
• CSA (any version)
• CSSA (any version)
• Pega Platform Ready
• Customer Service Ready

Which means that you should have completed and prepared the above before you join the course.

Course Outline

Clinic Overview:

• The course will consist of one 3-hour session to prepare the student for their upcoming exam.

Timing:

• This session will run from 7:00 PM - 10:00 PM (in the specified time zone)

Format:

• The format of exam questions will be reviewed and advice will be provided for taking the exam. Study Materials to prepare for the exam will be outlined along with a review of exam test domains and question distribution in each domain. Sample exam questions will also be reviewed. Students are encouraged to ask questions which will be answered during the online session.
• *Sessions will not be recorded, WebEx attendance is required

 My Comments

Personally, I feel that the course is great, mainly for the following:

• Explanation of the format of the exam questions, which the main portion is the new drag-and-drop, and great focus on the actual implementation experience
• Sample exam questions - this is a good one, because generally, CLSA is not allowed to discuss questions and answers, so this would be valuable

Unfortunately, as of this post, the next available course slot is only in December 2019:
